AEL - Athletic Union of Limassol - The pride of the city . The story began to be written on an autumn afternoon on October 4, 1930. A large group of athletes and Limassol factors , since they felt the strong need to create a large clean sports club , met in patisserie St. George in St. Andrew Street took the historic decision , they decided to establish the ATHLETIC UNION LIMASSOL changed the sports life of the country and AEL became the largest sports club in Cyprus.
