·        Building-up of a fully-functional and independent office in Nicosia, Cyprus from scratch;

·     Supervision and management of portfolio of holding and operational (owners of business-jets and yachts) companies (Cyprus, BVI, Cayman, UK, UAE, USA) with intensive operations and complex operational and shareholding structures;

·        Responsible for legal supervision of the Company’s project, related to the construction, purchase of equipment and financing of a new melting shop, thin slab caster and hot strip mill in Vyksa district, Nizhny Novgorod region, Russian Federation (the Project). The Project was implemented in the shortest possible time – 3 years and 3 months. The total cost of the Project is estimated above $1,2 billion. My responsibilities as a project lawyer were as follows:

ü  Negotiating, drafting, and legal support of execution and implementation of the main project agreements, such as construction contract, contact for the design and supply of main equipment and misc ancillary equipment supply contracts;

ü  Negotiating, drafting, and legal support of execution and implementation of the transaction and security documents, governed by English law, supporting export facility, provided by syndicate of Russian and internationals banks to finance the Project;

ü  Liaising with external lawyers, bankers and their advisors during the Project
