Whenever I am on Cyprus I always use Milano Taxi, their drivers are very friendly, cars a spotless and the prices are very reasonable. I think its great as well that they have a range of different taxi sizes, one time I came over with my whole family and Milano Taxi had a van waiting for me at Larnaca Airport.

When I come to Cyprus I mostly stay in Limassol, from time to time I use Milano Taxi to go to Agia Napa or Paphos, their drivers are always super friendly and fluent in Greek & English.
