The company was incorporated on 7 March 2001 by Mr Kyriacos (Kallis) D. Strouthou Lysiotis and his son Demetris K. Strouthou. Mr Kallis D. Strouthou Lysiotis is a self-employed building contractor for the last 30 years. Mr Demetris K. Strouthou is a civil engineer with a 6 years experience in the building industry. The main objects of the company are the following: - The purchase and sale of immovable property - The development and sale of immovable property - Acting as a building contractor - Acting as property consultants The company started its operations in year 2001 by developing its first plot of land in Larnaca. Since then the operations of the company were focused in the town of Larnaca for the following reasons: - Larnaca town was under-developed in comparison with other towns in Cyprus - Larnaca is a seaside area - The International Airport of Cyprus is located on the outskirts of Larnaca - Larnaca has its own port - Larnaca is a quiet town, with very low fuel pollution and with almost no crime at
