The Municipality of Germasogeia organises the Feast of Anthestiria on Saturday and Sunday 19 & 20 May 2018 at Potamos tis Germasogheias with the slogan "Different Colors, Different Shapes, A Bouquet - The Beauty of Diversity".
This two-day celebration will take place in two different venues:
1. In the parking lot of "Potamos tis Germasogeias", where during the weekday, a flower market will take place, a flower exhibition, children's playgrounds for creative childcare and a traditional café. There will also be a rich artistic program with the participation of well-known musical groups.
2. At the sea-front Germasogeia avenue on Sunday afternoon a parade of flower decorated chariots and line-ups of groups will take place with the participation of Cypriots and foreigners in a symbolic marching in support of cultural diversity, social integration and tackling social exclusion and discrimination.
