We are an established firm of Chartered accountants based in Cyprus with a large and rapidly expanding client portfolio. Our clients range from small local enterprises to large corporations.

Our team consists of qualified chartered accounts and qualified lawyers registered with UK and Cyprus accountancy and legal bodies. Our specialization and expertise in the field was largely gained whilst working in BIG 4 adult firms for a number of years whilst holding managerial positions.

Much of our teams experience was obtained handling large listed and privately owned groups of companies both local and international over a range of industries and for well-known and respected shareholders in the public domain. Our experience has involved preparation and review of financial statements at entity and consolidated level, managing the adults, identifying and resolving tax issues related to VAT, corporate tax and stamp duty through sound tax planning and control over the book keeping and administration.
