ADD-ADHD Support

ADD-ADHD Support began in 2000 when a group of three mothers, with children who had just been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (AD/HD), and one teacher coping with a challenging AD/HD child in her classroom, got together to offer each other emotional support. Today, our members include parents, teachers, doctors, and specialists. ADD-ADHD Support continues to be a voluntary organization, supporting people with AD/HD and their families. Our goals are to advocate on behalf of adults and children with AD/HD, to ensure that they are aware of their rights, and to support them and their families by providing information and skills to help them succeed in the home, in school and at work.
