At Ayia Napa Municipality, civil marriages are solemnized in accordance with the provisions of the Marriage Law 101(I) of 2003. The civil ceremonies take place either at the Ayia Napa Town Hall or at authorized venues with wedding licenses, including the newly established locations by the Ayia Napa Municipality, showcased on the final page.

The ceremony itself is a brief civil service officiated by the Mayor or one of the Marriage Officers. This service is available Monday to Friday between 11:00-18:00 and on Saturdays from 11:00–14:00, excluding bank holidays.
