Artisan Homes is the work of Andreas and Zoe Lordos. We are architects, planners with a strong background in property development and construction. Artisan Homes works with partnerships or alone, procuring projects that have a strong concept, and good quality excution. We develop medium-sized residential communities. Our in-house Design and Build capability allows for good control of the design, construction and property management process. Artisan Homes aims to put together very high quality environments in select areas that together offer a unique advantage. The Cape Greco National Park area, a haven for nature lovers and seekers of peaceful moments, hosts the Artisan Resort. Eco sensitive design and construction is coupled with a high standard of design and finish , and the daily management of the premises by the permanent staff that manages it allows the maintenance of the project to a very high standard during your absence! The Artisan Resort is available for rent, with a very limited number of units being offered for sale. On the beachfront of downtown Limassol and with the best shopping and nightlife our architectural branch has designed the Ermitage on the Beach. This project has established the top quality standard in Limassol and offers a 24 hour managed residential environment complete with pool, gym, business facilities and security. Artisan Homes belongs to Andreas and Zoe Lordos. Andreas is an architect, a Class B contractor, and has set up and managed family business real estate concerns. With 15 years of experience in the development industry and having served as Vice President of FIABCI-the Property Professionals Federation-Andreas usually works on site during construction and oversees the commercial and business aspects on a daily basis. Zoe is an Architect and a City Planner, with a wealth of experience in residential and community design, with technical expertise in most aspects of the construction profession.
