In 2001 a dream came true for our Chef Nicos with the opening of the Colosseum Restaurant in Paphos. Having traveled extensively through many countries, spending years educating himself in both Italian & French cuisine and savoring the many culinary delights, he felt ready to create his own dream.
Our menu is created with gastronomic finesse and charm to combine the best from classic Italian recipes with a fusion of our creative nouvelle cuisine, served to a high standard with confident charm in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Colosseum has the true Italian feel as soon as you walk in. Marble statues ado the passage as you walk up the stairs to the terrace. The outdoor sitting area is full of flowers and makes you feel like everything is set in a garden, in Tuscany. The ambience starts here and continues inside the restaurant, where in winter, we light our cosy fireplace, which gives you the friendly atmosphere, Colosseum's known for.
Our restaurant continues to set the standard for cuisine, service and style and is consistently recognized as one of the well known restaurants in Cyprus.
