With Nikos holding a degree in floriculture and landscape architecture and Annie already skilled as a young florist, they decided to merge their expertise. In July 1986, they unveiled a cozy flower shop, named "Holland," nestled in a corner of the neighborhood.
Initially positioned at the intersection of Ayias Zonis street, just opposite its current spot, the shop primarily focused on selling flowers. Alongside, they extended their services to include landscape maintenance, shaping the early essence of their business.
