Kapetanios Group has been in operation with its current structure since June 2000. Formerly the group was part of the Kanika Hotels Ltd which became a public company. This lead to separation of the assets between the two owners.
The main activities of the group are constructions, property development and operation of hotel units. The group also controls approximately 24% of the shares of Kanika Hotels Public Company Ltd, which is listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
Today the group owns and manages the Kapetanios Limassol Hotel only a few meters from the beach and in the heart of the town, the Kapetanios Odysseia Hotel a three star hotel in Limassol tourist area and the Kapetanios Bay Hotel built at the famous tourist resort of Protaras.
With many years of experience in the field and a competent team of managers and skilled staff, Kapetanios Group has managed to establish a solid position amongst the hotel chains in Limassol and in Cyprus.
