Soteres Polydorou Chartered Architects is primarily a design oriented architectural studio. Each individual project is considered as being unique and different. The client`s requirements and aspirations are carefully considered, processed and designed for. while the office`s "design culture" evolves in parallel. The geographic position of each building is studied, for orientating the structure and its relationship with the elements. Light, colour, form, kinetism, functionality and culture. Buildings are treated as devises that enhance pepoles lives and offer continuous dialogue by incorporating adaptability. We aspire for our designs to be able to grow around the lives of their users and we like to think that our best work is the latest project.
