Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire an IT System & VOIP Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all areas of IT for the local office
Responsible for providing Help Desk support for internal users (over 50 users)
Responsible for managing users / Active Directory
Being the main contact of local suppliers/vendors regarding company’s IT System
Requirements:
Microsoft course graduate MCSA / E- advantage
Over 3 years of experience in IT- mandatory
At least 3 years’ experience with VOIP PBX technology based on Asterisk platforms- MUST
Experience as a system administrator and Help Desk support for internal users in company over 50 users- must
Good familiarity with Office 365 – mandatory
Experience with office 2010-2016 – mandatory
Knowledge and experience with Windows Server 08-16, Windows 7-10 – Required
Managing users and ongoing work with Active Directory- mandatory
Installation of PCs/Laptops – mandatory
Ability to solve issues from the level of the user and diagnosis against the servers – must
Basic familiarity with Networking and Security- advantage
Procurement-Familiarity with local Cyprus suppliers and the ability to purchase IT equipment as per requirements
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills- must
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills- must
Good English
The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 -19:00 (shift rotation)
Salary: Salary of 2,000-2,500 euros + medical insurance
