Main Duties

• Assisting in recording daily operations, maintaining accounting records and accounting databases.
• Assisting with reports preparation and VAT and VIES returns.
• Assisting with year-end audit.
• Liaising with auditors, Cyprus tax authorities and other institution in regards to accounting and tax matters.
• Reviewing of bank statements and execution of payments through internet bank upon instructions and approvals received from management.
• Following up of office expenses, petty cash
• To assist chief accountant and management of the Company in other accounting and tax matters

• University degree

• Professional qualification ACCA or ACA, qualified or last exams.
• Strong knowledge and minimum 5 years of practical experience in financial accounting (IFRS). Experience with IP rights and intangibles will be a strong advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Cyprus Tax regime including VAT, taxation according to double tax treaties. Experience in Tax reporting (VAT and VIES) and payroll will be an advantage.
• Complete fluency in both Russian and English is essential, Greek as a strong advantage
• Strong skills in MS Excel.
• Good self-organization, professionalism
