Our client, a leading financial institution specializing in Forex/CFD and Binary Options trading is looking to recruit a SugarCRM Developer for their offices based in Limassol. 

Responsibilities: 

·         Customize and enhance existing CRM application, leveraging experience with built-an admin, reporting, and development tools

·         Define and document requirements related to CRM change request and implement changes

·         Develop and enhance CRM reports using tools & outside CRM

·         Work with IT development resources to integrate CRM with other applications using available and new APIs

·         Play a lead role in evaluating new CRM technologies/tools and developing plans for their implementation

·         Support User requests to import data into CRM from various sources, following establishing assignment tools, enhance import tools as needed

·         Develop and maintain documentation regarding CRM systems configuration

 Requirements:

·         University Degree in Computer Science or related filed

·         1-3 years’ experience in developing and supporting one or more production  CRM or related environment

·         Excellent knowledge of Java, PHP, or any other Object Oriented programming language, JavaScript and HTML

·         Experience in SQL and strong relational database and background/ understanding

·         Experience in developing reports and supporting a reporting /BI environment

·         Experienced in Linux administration will be considered an advantage

·         Demonstrated project discipline and experience.

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Able to meet  strict deadlines
