Job Description
Work Channel are working with an international IT Project Management service provider who are looking for a Corporate Lawyer. With offices around the world, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to be based in Limassol
Job Responsibilities
Review and preparation of different corporate documents (Contracts, Agreements, Resolutions, POA’s, M&AA, Registers, etc.);
Preparation, Amendment and Review of different legal documents subject for execution by legal entities;
Following and complying with KYC procedures according to the applicable laws;
Handling the office reception if required including but not limited to answering phones, registering and receiving correspondence, processing companies emails, preparing envelopes to be dispatch to various locations;
Acting as professional director/secretary/nominee shareholder or in any other position as required by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Lawyer (LLB)
- 2‐3 years solid experience in Corporate Administration
- Fluent Russian and English speaking
- Professional and Trust worthy individual
- Very sociable and team player
