GBE brokers is a leading provider of foreign exchange trading services. Due to the expansion of our team in Limassol we seek to recruit a Marketing Officer who can add value to our existing team and report to the Management Team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy
• Develop and strengthen the brand GBE brokers Ltd.
• Initiate and oversee marketing projects and campaigns with particular emphasis on on-line channels
• Design multi-channel, go to market plans and orchestrate their delivery
• Work within the marketing budget to deliver set goals and lead generation
• Work relentlessly to measure and optimize campaigns and sales performance
• Work closely with the sales and management teams within the organization, ensuring that the sales activities are aligned with the marketing ones and with the Company’s strategy
• Develop ideas for product development and new products
• Regularly report on progress against budgets and marketing expenditure

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fluency in English, additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Proven management experience within a marketing department
• Proven track record of delivering growth through effective marketing strategies
• Team player and influencer with experience working in multinational organizations and substantial on-line/ digital experience
• Excellent written and oral communicator
• Experience on compliance matters in respect to marketing material will be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in a FX/ CFD Broker of min. 3 years is a must

The successful candidate will join the Limassol Office with working hours from 09.00h to 18.00h (1h lunch break).
