Kawase is an EU Investment Firm, specialising in retail brokerage Services. Our company is seeking to recruit a dynamic person who will be responsible for managing and operating the currency conversion product department, reporting directly to the CEO

• Own the currency conversion product

• Create and maintain relationships with Banks, liquidity providers, trading institutions and any other kind of institution that is required for the currency conversion product to operate

• Create the operational and business schema on which che product will built upon

• Create terms and conditions for the product in collaboration with the compliance department

• Conduct viability and sustainability analysis for the currency conversion product

• Attend conferences and expos, conduct presentations about the funds distribution product

• Competition and regulatory analysis (regional as well as country specific)

• Collaborate with the engineering teams to provide business requirements for the creation of the software of the currency conversion product

• Perform content writing for promotion of the product centered around digital marketing

Requirements:

• Experience within products centered around currency conversion (example are solutions offered by TrasferWise, World First, OFX, CurrencyFair etc)

• Be experienced with conferences, expos and product presentations

• Industry relevant university degree

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Self motivated with ability to work under pressure
