Duties:
• Managerial Accounting
• Email correspondence with company customers (in English);
• Payments to service providers and customers;
• Cross checks with contractors;
• Control over payables and receivables;
• Dealing with source documents (issuance invoices, input into database etc.);
• Invoicing;
• Preparation and creation of necessary documentation, interaction with internal and external partners;
• Interaction with company departments (Sales, Accounting) to obtain and submit information
Requirements:
• University Degree in Economics or Finance;
• Relevant experience at least 2 years;
• Experience in creating financial calculations and collection of required information for them;
• Experienced PC user;
• Experience in working with databases;
• Fluent English and Russian is a must – all communication with subcontractors is in English
• Work permit in EU is mandatory
