• Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
• Manage business negotiations with affiliates
• Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.
• Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner.
• Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
• Perform new customer acquisition through research and networking,
• Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues.
• Help develop business strategies to improve affiliate program.
• Participate in awareness for promotional activities for product launches and specials
• Work with management team to execute and close new affiliate deals.
• Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Preform Daily Tasks and Allocated assignments
• In a efficient and Timely manner support allocated affiliates using available methods of communication
• Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the company's strategy
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Relevant experience in similar position
• Experience within the financial industry is a must
• Fluent in English language is a must and another European language is a great advantage (Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese etc.)
• University/College degree in Business, Finance, Economics or relevant field will be consider as an advantage
• Dynamic, results oriented and self-motivated personality
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide direct references form previous employer
