Job Description
ย ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Consistently meeting individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality measures, whilst supporting the team in meeting and exceeding overall SLA & KPI metrics.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Assisting in setting up of the account information for the merchants in the core banking system and CRM where applicable
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Assist in conducting back-round checks, KYC, DD and AML assessment of new merchants as well as collecting relevant documentation
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Working effectively within own team, providing support and guidance to colleagues to create foster an environment of continuous improvement
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Negotiate contracts and close agreements
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Meets with prospective customers to discuss their needs and recommend types of e-accounts that would be appropriate.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย If a customer decides to open an account, the e-account manager works with him to set up the account.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Strong verbal and written communication skills
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
