CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a fast-growing Information Technology company with clients across various industry sectors including Gaming and Financial Services, we are seeking to recruit a suitably well-qualified and experienced QA Engineer to join their expanding team of professionals based in Nicosia.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Tester for the group’s products in the gaming and trading sector.
- Review and analyse products’ specifications.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results.
- Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Help troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
- Document, track, and resolve defects identified in testing by working collaboratively with the appropriate project team members.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science or directly related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position is a must.
- Knowledge of various types of testing.
- Blockchain knowledge will be a plus.
- Familiarity/Experience with bug tracking tools, web and mobile apps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Attention to detail.
- Consistency and creativity in testing process.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Excellent time and task management.
