Deal with guest queries and complaints, dealing directly with kitchen staff, so knowledge of product spec is important. I have British Licensing qualification, Health & Safety Level 2, Food Safety Level 2 as well as basic fire and first aid.

Boeing 737-700 and Airbus A319/320 trained and promoted to Cabin Manager. Providing customer service on board to passengers ensuring standards and customer satisfaction scores are met, creating a motivational environment to work in and providing motivational and developmental feedback as required. Used graphic design skills with cart advertising to help onboard sales and exceed targets. Communicate at every level Confident with public speaking.

WeightWatchers

Encouraging members at 11 meetings to help themselves lose weight, giving them the skills, tools and motivation. Promoted and sold products at meetings. Promoted the meetings by handing out flyers, putting posters in windows, getting success stories into the local newspapers. Meetings involved a ½ hour talk, involving members. Anything discussed handled with confidentiality.

Leapfrog Graphics

Ran my own graphic design agency. Graphic design for varied clients from health clubs to international magazines. Recruited and trained staff on new software and procedures, time management, obtain and retain clients, manage sales & profit; security of the business.

Marketing Concepts

Graphic designer with web design skills, which were passed on to other designers in team, bringing new, additional business. Encouraged to meet directly with clients to discuss requirements.

Started as a Desktop Publisher, developing into a graphic designer job. Looked at many ways the Typing Pool could produce documents quicker and reduce costs. Redesigned and produced tenants and staff newsletters. Produced PowerPoint presentations. Liaised with suppliers as well as all levels of staff.

Office Junior in General Office department. General duties but developed in house newsletter from scratch which involved writing, producing, printing and distribution. Liaised with everyone from mail room to Partnership.

Library Junior. In charge of stationery orders and deliveries. Looked at ways of improving efficiency such as instead of walking round building taking orders (which took about an hour), took orders via internal post ready for collection each day at 2pm freeing me to do other duties.
