Provide hardware support for major multi-national Retail and Hospitality Companies throughout the North of England.
 Set up PC systems and configure software/hardware to meet user’s needs
 Provide end user/Help Desk support for PC based systems used by company’s employees
 Maintain and repair all types of computer systems, from servers to desktop and laptop computers, printers and monitors to storage units, back-up devices, POS and EPOS systems
 Diagnose hardware problems and addressed compatibility issues with minimal timescales
 Pre-diagnose hardware issues and training staff to resolve these independently on site

Major Project
Took the lead role as stand alone on-site IT hardware engineer for event sites in Scotland for Sodexho Prestige. This involved 24 hour support for major sporting events such as the Open Golf Championships and Scottish Race Courses; ensuring that the client’s expectations were met in regards to resolution time, particularly for the EPOS system, achieving a high level of client satisfaction.
